Amnesty International Indonesia
2020-2024

Responsible for initiating, implementing, and managing a team of four staff and six interns to develop and implement the following project portfolio:

Amnesty International
2020-2024

  • Coordinated quarterly global helpdesk calls connecting Amnesty International staff across the world to share ideas and solve their activism challenges
  • Coordinated biannual global online activism think-tank attended by more than 100 Amnesty staff and members

Amnesty International Indonesia
2019-2020

  • Developed Amnesty International Indonesia community organizing strategy and established 85 local Amnesty activist groups in universities, high schools, and cities across Indonesia.
  • Developed, delivered, and conducted human rights workshops on the issue of police brutality and unlawful killing in Papua.

The Aceh Project
2018-2021

  • Developed project proposal and subsequently won $28.000 funding from Kennedy Sinclair traveling fellowship, Harvard University
  • Collected, organized, and analyzed database of more than 2000 people prosecuted under Aceh Islamic Criminal Law, resulted in the most comprehensive database on the issue
