Responsible for initiating, implementing, and managing a team of four staff and six interns to develop and implement the following project portfolio:
- Supporter Growth and Digital Engagement: Pioneered the development of digital and offline supporter journey and growth strategy that led to an increase of more than 60.000 new supporters in 3 years.
- PENA (Pesan Perubahan/Message of Change) Annual National Letter Writing Campaign Project: Led the development and implementation of PENA campaign for 3 years in a row that attracted more than 18.000 people to participate
- Community Organizing Project: Established and empowered 40 youth groups across Indonesia to build and nurture their own local human rights movement, resulting in their social media accounts reaching more than 18.000 followers

- Coordinated quarterly global helpdesk calls connecting Amnesty International staff across the world to share ideas and solve their activism challenges
- Coordinated biannual global online activism think-tank attended by more than 100 Amnesty staff and members

- Developed project proposal and subsequently won $28.000 funding from Kennedy Sinclair traveling fellowship, Harvard University
